Must do!
This was our favorite cooking lesson ever! We had a private lesson for my husband and myself. Chef Eles was so patient with us! Chef Eles has cooked in 11 different countries and is going to be featured on a French cooking show in July. This is a “Must Do” in Fes! We had an amazing experience, thank you Chef Eles!

Had an incredible cooking experience with Chef Fatima and her son at Palais Bab Sahra. They let us choose our dishes from their menu, then guided us through the local markets to select fresh ingredients.
