In her open-kitchen studio at Viu Manent, renowned chef Pilar Rodríguez shows and shares her passion for cooking and for wine in her famous sessions that include food and wine pairing menus and cooking classes. All in a wonderful environment where your senses can develop and really experience the alchemy and passion for food. A cuisine that shows the country's products in an intimate, delicate, and sensitive way. Where each dish reflects the complicity between environment, landscape, and flavor; or the producer and the pots in his kitchen. You’ll be able to enjoy a 7-course menu accompanied by great Chilean local wines on a unique paring. We have added on the lunch the cost of the tip already.
