From the land of flat whites

Solo traveller here, such a cool experience! Pa was super friendly and fun, enthusiastically answered all questions and even kindly shared her local favourite eateries when I asked. I’ve been shown how to make coffee with a phin filter from coffee retailers but the filter inside always moved and did filtered too fast, but after the class I now know why this happened and the correct way to use it. It was a great way to spend the arvo! Thanks Pa!
