Good to Know

This cooking class is an interactive and hands-on experience, guided by a professional Italian chef. You will learn to prepare fresh pasta from scratch, using traditional techniques that you can replicate at home. The chef will share authentic family recipes and explain step by step how to knead, cut and shape different types of pasta. You will also discover curiosities about Italian cuisine and how cuisine is part of your daily culture. During the class we will talk about ingredients, how to choose them, and the importance of quality in Italian cuisine. At the end, we will share the prepared meal together and enjoy a homemade dessert made by the chef. Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends. Vegetarian options are available. Please contact us in advance if you have any food restrictions.

Taste of Italy : Take part in a practical and fun workshop you will learn how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch, guided by an Italian chef in a charming place in the center of Valencia. We will start by making the dough by hand, step by step. While you rest, we will prepare a tasty filling together and enjoy a small Italian appetizer. Then we will use the pasta machine to create different types of pasta, including a rose-shaped filled pasta. In the end, they will share the meal we have prepared together and a delicious homemade dessert made by the chef. You don’t need previous kitchen experience to enjoy this unique experience! An authentic proposal, perfect for curious travelers, foodies and anyone who wants to live a piece of Italy in Valencia.

We had a great workshop with our group. The food was delicious and we were well guided. There was real cooking, the dishes were varied and everyone really liked it. Andrea is a good chef who guides everyone in a friendly way and gives a good explanation. And absolutely recommended

An unforgettable experience!

It was a unique and wonderful experience. We went with my sisters and, really, we loved it! A very original and fun activity. Chef Andrea, an authentic Italian, is amazing, and we learned a lot about pasta preparation in a very friendly and welcoming Mood.

Don't miss this increíble experience!!!

It was an incredible experience! The Italian chef Andrea welcomes us in his beautifull home. An intimate environment has been created where we can share the chat with the chef and two other couples. The pasta was delicious, we where able to taste it and all with a rich wine and a delicious dessert. We turned out to be an unforgettable experience!
