The activity includes a visit to Loulé's municipal market, one of the liveliest in the Algarve, the purchase of ingredients, and a private cooking lesson at the chef's house, a beautiful town house decorated with the exquisite flair of Paula, a passionate cook and master in the art of hosting. You will discover the unique flavours of Algarvian cuisine: fresh and crisp vegetables, ripe fruit, fresh cheese, 'chouriços' and an stunning variety of fish and seafood.
