The valley is particularly known for its Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot varieties, while newer coastal plantations show promise for cool-climate white wines.

The VIK terroir features 12 unique valleys, each with distinct microclimates and exposures, cooled by breezes from the Pacific and Andes mountains, offering complexity and variety.
Under the guidance of Chief Winemaker Cristian Vallejo, VIK ensures meticulous viticulture and viniculture practices. Grapes are hand-harvested, and natural fermentation processes are used, with aging in a mix of new and used French oak barrels.

Unforgettable Premium Wine Experience in Colchagua Valley
This was an absolutely fantastic day from start to finish. Both vineyards were stunning not just visually, but in the quality of the wines themselves. Every tasting felt premium and thoughtfully curated. In our experience, we tasted five wines at each vineyard, and both included tastings of their top-range wines. Excellent tour!!
It was a beautiful day! We left Santiago early, we were picked up, very punctual and the guide helped us understand much more of the region and the world of wine. The expectacular vineyards!!! I recommend this tour 100%, we will come back for more.
