The highlight of our trip to Spain was our cooking class with Nacho and Marina. I have only been home for 2 days and already made one of the dishes. The food was amazing and they were great hosts. Their 400 year old farmhouse in the mountains was charming and the view would be spectacular. We were there off season during a bad rain storm. Marina was so considerate. Fabulous cookery lessons, in a Spanish farmstead, in a delightful chestnut forest.

Marina and Nacho, made us very welcome, picking up us from the local hotel at which, we are staying, there finca is quite remote and rustic, where they also provide accommodation. Nacho explained every part of each of the 4 dishes, which, we ate, with copious amounts of wine. Each course was, simple, traditional and delicious. Highly recommended experience
