Esencia Matasnos is the most exclusive journey: a guided tour of the winery with Jaime Postigo, the winemaker, followed by a walk through the forest surrounding the estate. Afterwards, a tasting menu with 5 wines, including two made only in exceptional vintages, and an appetizer of cheese and Iberian cured meats. Reduced capacity, from 4 to 10 people, to experience it calmly and intimately. It is the most complete way to know the history and soul of Bosque de Matasnos.
