You will discover the secrets of making a real artisanal savory gelato! Together we will make a gelato flavor and serve it in an authentic Italian aperitif with cold cuts, cheeses, bruschetta and a glass of wine. We will learn to combine gelato with typical Italian ingredients. Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan options available.

We will do a savory (gastronomic) ice cream workshop together. We will prepare together, using the ice cream maker, an ice cream flavor such as parmesan, pecorino, stracchino, tomato and together we will learn to taste it in a small aperitif. We will discover together the secrets of ice cream making and analyze techniques, procedures and raw materials useful for creating a unique gourmet ice cream. We will toast with a glass of wine and have a small brunch/aperitif with the prepared ice cream and a cutting board of bruschetta and local cold cuts and cheeses. Lactose-free and gluten-free options are also available. We will conclude with a small homemade dessert.

Great experience!
Course really interesting and well structured and Simona is a 'great teacher and hostess. If you want to taste (and create with your own hands) something special and delicious, surely this is the right course for you!

Must try absolutely! Very good ice cream!
Great experience. French style, nice and welcoming, located in a street near Viale Marconi in Rome. Simona, professional and helpful, made us live a nice experience. Very prepared, nice and friendly, she answered all our questions. We made ice cream, figured out so many things and had fun. Recommended activity, alone or in a group.
