Using a recipe that we obtained from a local Roman artisan gelato shop, we will make gelato together with our guests. 2. Following the Gelato-making, we will teach you how to make Fettucine pasta step by step. Once the pasta is made, it is taken to the restaurant's kitchen, so the chef can cook it and they will serve it to you. You in the meantime are to be seated at Ristorante Tucci. You will be served appetizer Bruschetta, and a glass of wine or beer by choice.
