Welcome to our family! We are Rocco and Carla and together with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria we are waiting for you for a unique experience. The passion for good food and the reciprocal experiences in the restaurant world have given life to our project: to combine gastronomic passion, family traditions and genuine food cooked with the products of our land. Already Papa Beniamino (BÈ), he delighted his guests from all over the world in the 60s, offering them culinary experiences. Since 2019 we have dedicated ourselves full time to your idea of hospitality "like in a family". There is nothing that makes us more proud to pass on our recipes, traditions and our love for food, keeping its memory intact.

The meeting place is located a few steps from the main beach (La Praia), the NaturArte artistic route and the very famous Praiano watchtower. Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depends on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family's recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary based on seasonality and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some menu examples.

You’ll be glad you did this

We had the BEST time at Bé Genuine in Praiano! Rocco and Carla are warm, funny, genuine, and incredibly generous. The food was delicious, and we loved actually participating in such an important part of their home. Best Experience in the Amalfi Coast

Carla and Rocco were amazing hosts. This was my favorite experience during our 10 day trip to Europe. We went for our honeymoon and suggest this experience to anyone who wants to do a cooking class. Carla and Rocco are forever family!

The Perfect Day in Praiano — Wonderful Cooking Class with a Lovely Family

This was truly one of the best days of our entire trip to the Amalfi Coast! My mom, my husband, and I had such a wonderful time at this cooking class in Praiano. Authentic Homemade Italian

Rocco and Carla (and their two cute children) hosted us in their garden for an authentic Italian experience. The group was only my wife and I and one other recently married couple who also ended up staying at the same hotel as us. Rocco was a great host and talked with us before and after Carla taught us the recipes. We made Zuppa Inglese which is a traditional Italian dessert combining the leftovers from the week. I can’t recommend this experience enough. Please go see Rocco and Carla.
