There you will taste 4 different varieties of ham: from Gran Reserva white pork ham to 50% Iberian acorn-fed ham, where the master ham maker will teach you to perceive even the slightest nuance and each of the differences between them. It will also reveal all the details of the world of ham, as well as the different drinks that are recommended to accompany such a delicacy.
