Ancient Greek Sangria Workshop
You might be confused as to why there is a Sangria Workshop on Aegina, be confused no more! Yes, when we think Sangria, we think of Spain (and I have been running Sangria Workshops in Barcelona for 14 years). However, did you know that in Ancient Greece there was a drink called Hippocras, which is a version of Sangria!
The Ancient Greeks mixed wine, spices, and fruit, unique to Greece, and used Masthia liquor!
All ingredients and the equipment needed for making the sangria will be provided.
Join this interactive Greek Hippocras (Sangria) Workshop! Discover the fascinating history of this thirst-quenching drink in a fun, and informative class with Kiki.
You will learn to make 2 types of sangria, an authentic one that dates back to Ancient Greece, and a modern-day version! We will enjoy the sangrias together :-)

We love Kiki
Kiki is the best tour guide we’ve ever had! She had great energy and enthusiasm and managed our group of 17 well! We did a pistachio tour and hippocras making class with her
