We will visit Viana do Castelo a town embraced by the Atlantic Ocean and the Lima river. The first stop is the sanctuary of Santa Luzia placed at the mountain top.
The National Geographic Magazine (1927) described it as one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world has a view that includes the river, sea, mountain, and countryside. We will stroll through old town and visit several monuments including a widely known traditional pastry shop.
Next stop is Ponte de Lima, Portugal’s oldest village, besides its vital importance in the global history of the country, it is known by its beauty, gastronomy and best Green Wine.You will have the chance to visit this wonderful place, enjoy lunch at a tradittional restaurant, taste green wine and visit the interpretation center of the Green Wine where another tasting will take place.
On the sides of the Lima River, this village is a magic place that will make you travel back in time. It’s impossible not like it!
