The tour runs through three main stops: Toast in Vigna Quagliotta: among the rows you will touch the care reserved for each bunch. We will reach the Big Bench for a panoramic toast with Domino Spumante Brut Rosé, Grignolino’s bold expression in bubbles. Historical Archive: Exclusive access to the heart of the winery where time stands still and old vintages hold the secrets of history. Tasting at the Emporio : guided tasting of the three pillars of the territory :.G (Grignolino DOC), Volpuva (Barbera DOC) and Cantico della Crosia (Barbera Superiore DOCG), served with artisan breadsticks to enhance their purity.

Fantastico!

We had a wonderful visit to the Vicara winery. We started in the vineyard, where we learned a lot about the region and grignolino, and then continued inside the production facilities. It was super interesting and a genuinely enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and our guide was incredible. We highly recommend a visit! Their Domino wine is perfect for a warm summer day, and my personal favorite was the Grignolino Uccelletta – a truly elegant expression of the grape.
