The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and a private cooking class led by Chef Antonio, who will lead you on a discovery of the secrets of authentic Sicilian cuisine, using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. Following, after donning 1920s-style attire, a convivial and elegant dinner will be accompanied by live music (alternative playlist) and cultural performances inspired by late 19th- and early 20th-century Palermo, featuring poetry, stories, and evocations of times gone by. Let yourself be transported to a world suspended between past and present, with a moment dedicated to dance: our dancers will guide you through the steps of the famous Charleston and other period dances, reworked with contemporary sounds, for a multisensory experience that celebrates Sicilian culture in all its beauty.
