This in-depth itinerary will guide you through the most significant areas of our Farm, giving you a complete overview of our production. You will start with a visit to our vineyards, where you will discover the characteristics of the soil and the importance of the native vines we grow, fundamental for the authenticity of our wines. You will continue to the barrel, where the wine matures in a perfect environment to develop complexity and depth, and the sparkling wine, the beating heart of our production of Metodo Classico sparkling wines, where each bottle takes shape according to a rigorous artisan process.
The experience will end with a guided tasting of 4 of our most representative labels, conducted by an Expert in the field, who will accompany you to discover the winemaking techniques and the unique characteristics of each wine. During the tasting you will taste a selection of our organically produced wines and sparkling wines.
Each label will be explored in depth, revealing the production techniques, the peculiarities of the soil and the artisan choices that give life to our wines.
