Welcome to our urban farm! Apikol is an urban agriculture distillery located in downtown Quebec. Guided tours are led by one of the beekeeper and distiller co-owners. You will be fascinated by the world of bees during the observation of bees at work in our hive (4 seasons). Afterward, you will discover how we make our artisanal alcohols from our honey.
It all ends with the tasting of our alcohol.

Very interesting tour that explained the honey making & gathering process and how they use the honey to make their meade. The tasting after the tour showcased their tasty & unique products!
Fabulous intro to beekeeping and mead making from the kind proprietor! Learned a lot and the whole experience felt very unique and memorable. Education with your booze tasting, what's not to like??
