Good to Know

The trip begins with driving you along the beautiful beach side shaped crescent called Red Beach. Then driving along Hai Van pass shaped dragon with length of 20kms to stop at Hai Van Tower above 500m sea level to learn about history of French & Spanish war. Stop at the lagoon to get on old boat made from airplane in the 1990s to learn how to catch live fish by rolling net by feet when the net up and down on the water. Riding boat the oyster farm, the loca fishermen show us how oyster live, rise up and harvest... you can pick up for your taste right after. Stop our boat to the dock where the wife prepared different kinds of oyster from fresh, steamed to grilled ones for your taste as your delicous lunch with memorial breeze and impressive mountain view around you. Each oysters with different flavors very yummy to your mouth from beginning by sipping with rice wine. After full meal, ride back to main land and drive you back Da Nang via Hai Van Tunnel, longest tunnel in South east Asia.

-We pick up all of our guests from Da Nang city then we explore Hai Van pass,most beautiful pass in Vietnam with 20kms length with dragon shape. -Take a long tail boat on the Lap An Lagoon to join fishing activities with our local fhishermen. -Learn about the technique of raising and harvesting Oyster from the farm. -Explore the oyster life with our local fishermen. -Rest on the dock with tasting oysters from live ones to grilled ones with radiational Vietnamese sauce or grilled plain oysters or steam oysters...with special flavors that you may not experience at any seafood restaurants on the world. -At the same time with tasting fresh oysters you also chill with our local cold beer from Hue. -We spend about 2 hours on the lagoon with our local fishermen before we take the boat to the main land.

Oyster farm tour

If you’re looking for a truly authentic experience away from the usual tourist crowds, this oyster farm tour in Lăng Cô is a must. Hai Van Pass and Oysters: A Fantastic Combination!

My husband and I recently had the most amazing experience on the Hai Van Pass and Oyster Tasting tour! We were picked up from our hotel in Da Nang, and spent the first part of the tour driving through the Hai Van Pass. Treat yourselves and book this tour you won’t be disappointed

Originally booked the tour for just two of us, last minute one of had to pull out but whilst in Vietnam managed to find 3 other people from our tour group that said they would like to do this tour. We had a car pick us up from Hoi An to do the tour. What an excellent day we had. Hai Van Pass and Lang co bay oyster tour!

We are from Western Australia and are very outdoorsy and adventurous people. The trip was definitely great for us, the tour guide was very knowledgeable about Vietnam history and all things Asia.
