Excellent tour of Istanbul

Deniz does a magnificent job walking you through the ins and outs of Turkish food on this half day tour. Her knowledge is limitless as is her enthusiasm! She is clearly passionate about sharing what the city has to offer, its culinary history and can go into a level of detail that even food geeks will appreciate. She is also very accessible, so if you're not a hard core foodie, you will still find her and the food choices very engaging. I highly recommend her and this company!

A superb introduction to the best of traditional Turkish cuisine.

We chose the Kadikoy tour because of its close proximity to the ferry terminal and the several restaurants we would be visiting in the market area. We chose "Edible Istanbul" over other food tours because of our excellent experience with its sister location, "Paris by Mouth." As foodies and experienced cooks, we could not have been more pleased with the tour.
