09:30/15:30 Our guide will pick you up at your hotel.
10:00/16:00 After 30 minutes purchasing ingredients and exploring local culture at the market, we will come back to our class kitchen and get ready for the cooking class. Our Chef, who has a strong passion with Vietnamese traditional food and rich cooking experience will introduce you the basic principles of each course and how to make Vietnamese food. You will have chances to learn and make your own Vietnamese dishes like (Vietnamese Salad, Fried Spring Roll, Cha Ca La Vong, Stir-fried vegetable)
12:30/18:30 When fishing the meal, you can get the chance to learn how to make a cup of the Vietnamese traditional green tea – a very special, tasty and delicate drink of the Hanoian.
13:00/ 19:00 At the end of Hanoi cooking class, our tour guide will drop you off at your hotel and say goodbye.
