Experience Details
Using two of these doughs, the hosts Niccolò and Francesca will demonstrate the creation of tortellini and ravioli, allowing attendees to experiment with two diverse fillings as they see fit.
The third dish will be composed of a dough that excludes eggs, relying solely on the combination of water and flour. The results are sure to be astonishing.
Throughout the course, participants will receive two handy utensils, designed to be employed in future culinary endeavors.
To complement the experience, attendees will have the pleasure of enjoying fine Italian wine, curated by an expert with a Sommelier diploma.
