Hanoi Maya Kitchen: Traditional Cooking Class & Market Tour

09:00 - 11:30 AM/2:00 - 4:30 PM: After visiting the market, head to the kitchen for the cooking class. Learn how to make four classic Vietnamese dishes (fried spring rolls, papaya salad, pho rolls, mixed pho) and Vietnamese specialty egg coffee. Our instructor will guide you step by step to make fried spring rolls first. Pho rolls and mixed pho are variants of our traditional rice noodles - Pho. These are locals’ favorites especially on summer days. As for mixed Pho, let’s roll your sleeves and blanch Pho noodles, it will require hot water to make them soft and warm. Finally, let’s make Hanoi’s signature drink - egg coffee. Prepare to taste the frothy egg cream with traditional Vietnamese brewed coffee. Feel free to get creative and decorate your own coffee cup using cocoa sauce. 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM/4:30 - 5:30 PM: Enjoy lunch/dinner with all the dishes made by you.
