The tea you’ll taste comes from Vietnam’s solely coastal tea region in Quang Ninh - a land where tea plants grow fully organic, without fertilizers or irrigation, nourished only by natural rainwater rich in minerals from the sea breeze. During the workshop, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of three signature sea-grown teas representing with their own distinct aroma, color, and character, crafted through different cultivation and processing techniques. Guided by an experienced tea artisan, you’ll learn the fundamentals of tea brewing, explore how aroma and temperature shape flavor, and find calm through every pour. Finally, your experience ends with a visit to a charming old house, where you can enjoy local mung-bean sweets and admire a collection of artisanal tea ware.
