Have a taste of some popular and classic Vietnamese dishes. Moving to the next place, let’s try the famous Vietnamese Banh Mi (with pork/chicken/egg). It’s really a harmonious combination of ingredients (chicken/egg, different herbs and vegetables and sauces). Next, enjoy Pho (mixed version), which is Vietnam’s most famous dish. Try both the beef and chicken versions. Definitely don't miss out on a Vietnamese traditional dessert called Kem Xoi (Sticky Rice Ice Cream). There are both hot and cold versions for each season.
