As we head to the northern suburbs of Sydney, the first stop of the tour, you can experience the free roaming of Australian animals at the Hunter Valley Wildlife Park. Following that, you will reveal the best of Shiraz the valley can offer and the scenic beauty of Pokolbin in the care of your expert guide.
