Discover a unique and friendly experience in the heart of ZEYSSOLFF, designed for a curious public and lovers of new sensations. A true immersion between tradition and creativity, where wine is reinvented in an unexpected form: the Cocktail.

The tasting begins at the cellar, followed by the screening of an explanatory video on the production of Alsatian wines. Then we will visit the cellar, its wooden barrels more than a hundred years old and you will discover our family history through a scenographic space with immersive video at 180° projected on barrels: unique in France.

Then place to creativity and become a mixologist for a day: you will compose your own wine-based cocktail, playing with aromas, fruits, spices...

To close this experience in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, your creations are tasted around a small gourmet meal, thought to accompany and enhance your cocktails.

The adventure begins with a visit to an Immersive winery, to discover the secrets of the elaboration of Alsace wines, the grape varieties and the know-how hidden behind each cuvée. I will show you an explanatory video about the elaboration of Alsace wines.

I will then take you to visit the family cellar dating from 1850, and discover the hundred-year-old oak barrels that we still use to vinify our wines. Following the biological conversion of my estate, we renovated our cellar and take advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic space within the cellar with immersive video at 180° projected on barrels - unique in France. It’s a film about my rather rich personal story and my work philosophy. All projected in the winery, on 180° old oak barrels (mapping on certain sequences) with a work of sound, allowing the public to find themselves in total immersion in my story Throughout the course, the wines of Alsace break the codes and are tasted... in COCKTAIL!

Then it’s time for creativity During the final workshop, become a mixologist for a day: you will make your own wine-based cocktail, playing with aromas, fruits, spices and a few carefully selected surprises. To close this experience in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, your creations are tasted around a small gourmet meal, thought to accompany and enhance your cocktails. A playful, sensory and convivial experience, where wine is shared differently—freer, more fun, more creative. A guide is at your disposal throughout the visit to discuss and answer your questions.
