This half day cooking class is an excellent cooking and eating experience which helps you learn plenty interesting information about Indian cuisine and its cooking techniques. The classes are held in home kitchen of a local chef.

What You’ll Experience

This short cooking class led by a local chef is a great way to learn cooking authentic Indian food in 5 hours. Our cooking classes are focused on providing all our participants a complete perspective of all things that a good cook aspiring to perfect Indian cooking should know. You learn about proper usage of spices, what effect can be had with what kind of ingredient, social and health significance of food items and quite a few other interesting tidbits. This class focuses on vegetarian Indian food dishes from a few local Indian cuisines. Meat dishes can be added on prior request.
