The Indian Cooking Workshop immerses you in the culinary art of India either at home or with us in Wittisheim. Mihika, your Expert Guide, teaches you the secrets of spices while guiding you through the preparation of traditional dishes. Whether you choose a vegetarian korma or a shrimp biryani, each participant will have a key role in making these delights. Enjoy this convivial moment by enjoying your meal served in kansa plates, known for their benefits in Ayurveda. The workshop can be conducted in French, English or Hindi or bilingual.

The activity can take place either with us or with you (no Airbnb). If you have chosen the option of doing your own shopping, you will receive a list of ingredients to buy in the store of your choice.
I will explain the recipe and the spices we will use in this dish.
Each person present will be assigned a task for the preparation of the dish.
The steps and importance of each step will be discussed in detail as we cook the recipe.
Once the food is ready, we will serve it in kansa dishes and you can enjoy the meal with your family and friends.
Only the necessary spices will be included in the Award and not the races. The cost of groceries is not included in the Service Award to ensure flexibility.
If you would like us to take care of your shopping, there will be an additional charge.
