We really liked the cooking class with this family. We got a private class where we coud cook by ourselfs. We made three meals as well as rice, chapati and a dessert. The meals were relativly simple every day dishes, that you hardly get in restaurants. However, you can also ask to cook other recipes, if you want. I had the most wonderful experience joining Harshita for a cooking class in her home in Jaipur. I was warmly welcomed into her home like an old friend which made me feel completely at ease. Together, we cooked up a delicious feast of Indian classics, with Hashita guiding me step by step in a very hands-on and interactive way. I am impatient to meet chef Swati for an exciting cooking class on our new trip to Jaipur. We were in Jaipur last February and Naveen, Swati's husband was our great guide. He talked about her cooking talents in such a mouthwatering and loving way that I am impatient to learn with her how to prepare my favorite curries and lentil dishes.
