In February 2020, we booked this wine tour as part of a Valentine's Day weekend trip to Alsace. We had a through tour of the cellar and learned more about the history of the winery. We learned (and tried) the different Alsatian wines and what makes them different. The tasting included the entire range of wines - from the dry to very sweet. It started with a tour to show how the wine was made. Including how it was done before. Very interesting. The tasting gave a good impression of the different types of wine the area has to offer. Good starting point.

Upstairs, we were able to taste several different wines, ranging from dry to very sweet. Wines are very reasonably priced and much more smooth than white wines in the US.
