Your tour begins at 10:00 AM in front of the Spice Bazaar. After a short introduction about Istanbul’s history and the bazaar’s vibrant atmosphere, we start the day with a traditional Turkish-style breakfast.
After breakfast, stroll through the Spice Bazaar, surrounded by the colorful aromas of herbs and spices. Then stop to taste Beyran soup, learn about its rich ingredients, and discover its importance during the Ottoman era.
