After the class, in the meantime of dinner together, as in every Italian family, you chat like foodies and take home a piece of true Italian culture, a new cooking philosophy and a new friend from Turin. Experience highlights: • Learn to prepare classic Italian dishes, either risotto or fresh pasta • This is a hands-on cooking class • Get one-on-one help from a local expert • Menu suitable for any food allergies and intolerances.

Catch the secrets of the goodness and wellness of Italian culinary art with a chef's home cooking class in Turin. Based on your dietary restrictions we will cook together several recipes, from the most iconic local dish, the Bagna Càoda, to handmade Fresh Pasta by scratch, crossing a Seasonal Sauce to end with the inimitable Tiramisu! About your host Matteo: "I am a chef originally from Sardinia. In the kitchen I love to mix my roots with the gastronomic customs of Italy and the rest of the world, sharing knowledge and experiences with other people, discovering and recovering popular traditions and flavors, with an eye always attentive to the products of natural and healthy cuisine."

Now we can cook like real Italians!

My husband, daughter, and I cannot say enough good about this experience. Never having made pasta before or really anything Chef Matteo taught us, we left feeling we could go home and surprise our families with authentic Italian foods and dessert they will love as much as we did. Chef Matteo makes it fun and 100% hands on. Was fun for adults and youth. Food was extraordinary and we felt we were learning some family secrets at his beautiful home. A must do in Turin!

Cooking Class Beyond Our Expectations!

Our experience with Mateo was wonderful! We had the honor to spend several hours in his home one on one, learning how to make pasta and the filling for the ravioli and tortellini, a vegetable dish and garlic sauce, and tiramisu. A wonderful experience

I had great communication with the host/chef regarding details on how to arrive at location. The environment was very warm and friendly. The instruction was very thorough and I learned so much. I was introduced to everything from vegetables I had never used before to using a pasta machine and even knives and how to use them. The most memorable was when Matteo had us make a Pesto using kale and walnuts. We found it surprisingly tasty, having only had basil and pine nut based pesto in the past. Delizioso!
