What You’ll Experience

This is a unique opportunity to explore traditional Italian culture and cuisine through a private, online, interactive fresh pasta making class with a Florence resident. Your 90-min online cooking class will be scheduled mutually at your convenience. After it is confirmed, you will be sent a class link and ingredient and supply list. This is an immersive and interactive class that is one-on-one with your instructor Cinzia. You are encouraged to cook alongside Cinzia and will be able to ask Cinzia any questions as you prepare your delicious homemade pasta with a ragu (sauce) and dessert. Menu 1 is the default menu for your class. If you prefer menu 2, please state your preference when making your booking: Menu 1 (default): Tomato ravioli and panna cotta Menu 2: Tagliatelle with a simple ragu and tiramisu Your host is flexible with time so if you have a different time-slot you prefer, please inform us when making your booking.
