The Masterclass is the most complete experience you can have about the world of jamón. While you taste different types of jamón that exist in the Iberian Peninsula one by one, each with its own flavors and textures, the jamón master will reveal all the secrets that surround the culture of jamón.
In addition, the jamón master will guide and accompany you so that you learn how to pair correctly with wine and cava, tasting the different flavor variations that are achieved with the different drinks, specially selected for the occasion.
