Without Transportation / No Hotel Information: Guests without transportation, or who do not provide their hotel/accommodation information at the time of booking, must meet at Plaza Gali, Blvd. Paseo de la Marina, Local 39, Cabo San Lucas, across from the entrance to Hotel Sandos Finisterra, 30 minutes before departure.
If you are making your own way to the dock, please be at our check-in desk 30 minutes prior to departure. Pez Gato Check-in desk is located in Gali Plaza (local 39) across from the entrance to the Hotel Sandos Finisterra.
Hotel Information: Provide your hotel/accommodation name at the time of booking. Transportation must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Be ready 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.
Accessibility: The tour can accommodate guests with limited mobility; however, there is no wheelchair access onboard. Only foldable/collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated in transportation.
Weather: Operates rain or shine. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. If the Port Authority closes the port to navigation, you will receive a full refund.
