You will look around the village that specializes in traditional Korean pottery and understand the characteristics and manufacturing process of pottery.

And you will see traditional Korean things that cannot be seen in cities. You will have an opportunity to taste various foods at local market.(Market opening date : Every date ending with 3 or 8, 3, 8, 13, 18, 23, 28 only)

You will have chance to make cute pottery 1 piece.

What You’ll Experience

Near Busan, there is an Onggi (Korean pottery) Village where artisans representing Korea gather to make Onggi. We will visit the Onggi Village to see the works made by artisans and enjoy the atmosphere of traditional Korean villages. Near Onggi Village, there is a regular market that opens on the dates ending in 3 and 8 every month.You can see traditional markets in the city. Namchang Market is held on the date of the number ending in 3 and 8 every month, and if you participate on the date when Namchang Market is not open, will will be see around Gijang Market. Namchang market open date:: 3,8,13,18,23,28 We will use taxi and railway train to visit pottery town and it will take about 1 hour. We will see around pottery market for 1 hour and 30 minutes We wil sea around local market and have lunch for 1hour and 30mins

Half day tour

It was rainy but it made our trip special since it was to be a hot hot summer. Busan Oppa was a great and knowledgeable tour guide. We had great meals together and loved the clay class.
