Good To Know

The food experience tours are normally walking trails. It's advised for guests to wear comfortable shoes during the food experience
Malaysia's weather can be unpredictable. Please bring your own umbrella or raincoat if its raining or going to rain.
There's nothing worse than spilling food on a white t-shirt. If you don't mind the stain, you can always wear white.
Make sure you come hungry when you join the food experience and be open to foods introduced by the guide
Water helps during the tour especially during hot weather. Its very easy to get thirsty in Malaysia.

What You’ll Experience

Your 4-hour culinary trail starts at 3.30pm. The small group members will meet the guide at Chow Kit Monorail Station, by a convenient store. You will be learning about the history of Kuala Lumpur as you venture through Chow Kit Wet Market and beautiful pre-war and colonial buildings. You will be stopping by at least 3 food outlets, tasting at least 10 varieties of local and heritage food of Kuala Lumpur. Your informative guide is born and bred in Kuala Lumpur and loves to share and communicate. It's highly encouraged that you ask questions throughout the tour, and let the guide know if you are dietary restrictions. Your guide would like to ensure that you have a good time and nice experience. Please keep an open mind to try out new things during the culinary trail, and listen to the recommendations from your guide of the best food stalls. Rest assured that you will be sinking in your teeth into delicious local food. Enjoy a nice, informative food trail experience and stress free day!
