Throughout the class, Annamaria will guide you through the process of making pasta - explaining the different types of flour used, and showing you how to roll and shape the dough using both a rolling pin and a pasta machine and how to prepare pasta fillings using seasonal, fresh ingredients. For the cooking class learn to cook fresh egg pasta and tiramisu or risotto and panna cotta or pizza or gnocchi and tiramisu. If you choose the market tour option, take a short walk to the vibrant neighborhood market before you start your cooking class. You'll have the opportunity to purchase fresh ingredients for your cooking class, ensuring your meal is made with the best seasonal produce. After the market tour, return to Annamaria's home, where you'll transform these freshly sourced ingredients into delicious dishes in a fun and interactive cooking class.
