During this activity, you will immerse yourself in the world of high-quality extra virgin olive oil at a family-run estate on Lake Garda. You’ll begin by exploring the olive groves, surrounded by the stunning Morainic hills and lake views, while learning about the estate's history, the olive-growing tradition, and the surrounding nature. You’ll visit the production facilities and discover how olive oil is created and stored. Depending on the season, you may also witness live demonstrations of olive harvesting (October–November) or pruning (February–April). The highlight of the experience is a guided tasting of award-winning extra virgin olive oils — including Garda DOP, Premium Selection, and Oro del Vajo — using official tasting glasses. You’ll also enjoy flavored oils, pâtés, and olives, all served on fresh bread.
