A delicious experience!

Words can't describe the fun we had with Joana making delicious Pastel de Nata. Sharing the process with 8 other people was so much fun. We all participated in making these treats and we got to eat the fruits of our "labor". My whole family really enjoyed this and good for all ages. Joana couldn't have been nicer or more patient. Can't wait to try to make these at home. HIghly recommend!!

From the start of our...

From the start of our time at Joana’s home to the end, she made us feel so right at home! We met some amazing travelers as well, it was truly a big family experience of making pastel da nata. Joana explained everything so well and we all worked so well together making them! Would highly recommend this when coming to Porto!

Must-do experience!

Fun and unique cooking experience! Joana is a gem, a very friendly, funny and welcoming host. She made the whole process very easy and we even left with some great baking tips. Her home is lovely and very cosy which made the experience even better. It’s also very accessible from the city center. I would recommend it to anyone!

Happy Bakers

An amazing first taste of this famous Portuguese pastry. Our teacher, Joanna, shared her passion and skills using a “hands on” approach. She divided the work well so that everyone in the group was participating and learning.
