This small group experience offers the opportunity to learn the secrets of creating long, filled, and short pasta varieties from the Roman culinary tradition, all while preparing and enjoying three different sauces.

Chef Gianmarco's expertise blends traditional knowledge passed down through generations with his professional culinary skills, ensuring a memorable and educational cooking class for up to 5 participants. Choose between making your preferred sauce in the intimate setting of either the second-floor house or ground-floor room, and knead your way through a truly authentic Italian cooking experience.
