Experience Details

Our experience starts very early, with the aim of arriving before the big buses, which allows us to spend a good time in the mud, receive a massage and relax. When you get down from the volcano, you will wash off the mud in the lake, helped by some ladies who work there. At the bar, we will pay for a second shower with a natural soap. You will drink cold coconut water while you rest before returning to the city. In Cartagena, we chose an important 4* Hotel in the tourist area so that you can enjoy the sea view and the best BRUNCH - YOU CAN EAT ALL YOU WANT from 11 am to 3 pm. The wet area (pools and jacuzzi) are available until 7 pm. We work with small groups of up to 10 passengers (unless the group of more than 10 passengers travels together), so we guarantee privacy and comfort.

Good To Know

Pregnant women and passengers with complex medical conditions, who do not wish to climb the stairs that usually involve effort, we can offer you a mud massage at the base of the Volcano. This way you will enjoy its benefits.
For passengers with reduced mobility, we offer a mud massage at the base of the volcano, to take care of your physical integrity.
Specific dietary food such as vegetarian and vegan is offered.
We recommend you bring flip flops and a towel.

What You’ll Experience

We invite you to live this VIP experience, play like children in the mud of the Totumo Volcano and enjoy a delicious brunch in an important 4 * hotel in the tourist area of Cartagena. We leave at 7:30 am (to arrive before the big buses) from the meeting point in an air-conditioned vehicle and after traveling 50 km (1 hour) we arrive at one of the most charming natural places in the world, once there all that remains is to immerse yourself and float in this gray substance (for approximately 20 minutes). Once out of the crater, you clean your body in the nearby waters of the Totumo Swamp. After your swim in the lake, you will take a second freshwater shower and drink some delicious cold coconut water. Then we will return to Cartagena to enjoy a BRUNCH - YOU CAN EAT ALL YOU WANT from 11 am to 3 pm, facing the paradisiacal Caribbean Sea of the Colombian coast and you will have access to the pools, jacuzzi and sun loungers in the wet area until 7 pm. The experience ends at 2:30 pm but you can enjoy the wet area until sunset. Complimentary waiting time: 15 minutes. Please be punctual.
