Wander a local vegetable market, learn how to cook an authentic Sri Lankan meal in a countryside house and enjoy the lunch. You will be able to walk through the vegetable markets to find your own preferred vegetables, fruits. You will learn to cook a Sri Lankan meal and make your own dessert by a local woman. After the cooking demonstration you will be able to enjoy the local authentic meal.

09:00: You will be picked-up by a Tuk-tuk from your hotel in Colombo.

09:45: You will be taken to a vegetable market to buy your own preferred vegetables and 
 fruits. After buying the vegetables and fruits you will be taken to a countryside house where 
 you will be taught and experienced how to cook an authentic Sri Lankan meal. 

12:00: At the end of the cooking lessons, you will be able to enjoy an authentic Sri Lankan meal. 

13:00: After lunch you will be taken back to your hotel or drop-off in your preferred location in Colombo.

On my second day of exploration, I visited a countryside local family house to learn how to cook and savor typical Sri Lankan 🇱🇰 dishes. We went to the local market where we handpicked the fresh vegetables, fruits, and the meat ingredients for our meal. Under the guidance of the mother of the family, I learned some secrets of creating traditional Sri Lankan dishes. The driver and the entire family made feel like it was my home.
