Step into an elegant kitchen space in Las Vegas and venture through the flavors of France. Local chef instructor will introduce you to the rich history and cultural significance of each dish.


Start your experience by preparing a salade Niçoise, a vibrant and refreshing classic balancing flavors of seared tuna, lemon vinaigrette, and fresh vegetables.

Next, prepare coq au vin by braising chicken in red wine. Learn to infuse layers of flavor with mushrooms, pearl onions, and bacon lardons. Pair the main course with demi-glace pommes fondant - melt-in-your-mouth potatoes with a rich, buttery glaze.
