What You’ll Experience

Make pasta from scratch like a pro in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Emmanuelle. You’ll learn to mix and knead fresh dough using just flour, eggs, and salt, then roll, shape, and cut it into your choice of handmade noodles — think spaghetti, fettuccine, bow tie, pappardelle, or even stuffed ravioli. Next, you’ll prepare a creamy white sauce from béchamel with mushrooms, served over a bed of fresh spinach. Chef Emmanuelle guides you every step of the way, helping you turn simple ingredients into an unforgettable homemade meal.
