If there is one French pastry that is the envy of the entire world, and which everyone dreams of being able to make, then it must be Macarons. Is a delicate French pastry with a crisp shell & soft interior, perfect for any occasion. In one hour and a half, you will learn in-depth about the making of The Macarons: STARTING we will start with a little introduction… where do you think macarons come from?? FILLING we will do a ganache (chocolate) filling, and learn the tricky part of this delicious filling SHELLS the most important part!... we will use the Italian meringue method, make the piping and show you how to do to well succeed them MACARONS we will pair the shells with the ganache filling and/or a home made jam. Some other surprises will also be on disposal. We'll bake with a small group, and have a sparkling wine, coffee or tea as we enjoy them! This is a wonderful experience in Paris and a must try! See you soon — Privatization & customization possible!

Memorable experience!

My 15 year old daughter and I LOVED our class with Selena! She was warm, personable and an amazing teacher. She certainly made the class special and memorable. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this experience to others.

Must do experience in Paris!

Awesome. Very fun and really learned how to make macarons! Gabe was just great and a wonderful teacher. My daughter and I can’t wait to make macarons for all our friends when we get home.

Macaron baking success!

My son and I loved baking macarons with Sol! We had the best time preparing everything with her guidance from start to finish and the macarons were delicious! It was a great experience, highly recommend. Great, fun neighborhood too. We walked around before and after the class.
