To help you experience the Moroccan culture during we offer Special Class to learn how to make Moroccan Couscous with a Chef We will teach you and prepare together a unique dish with a variety of products. The session starts at 3:30pm and ends at 7pm.

If you find yourself visiting Morocco between May 8th and June 4th, you will notice a different atmosphere. During this holy month, the city comes to life after dark and remains calm and quiet during day hours. To help you experience the Moroccan culture during Ramadan, we offer Special Ramadan Activities F’tour Cooking class, or breaking the fast meal, with a local family. This meal to break the fast is called ‘F’tour’. we will teach you and prepare together a unique table, with a variety of Moroccan crepes, snacks; Moroccan harira soup, Moroccan sweets, eggs, tagines. You can experience this sacred meal with a local family .

Great cooking experience!

Our guide was the most pleasant woman who took us locally to purchase our ingredients then to a home where we were welcomed graciously. We were served mint tea and then went step by step to make 4 starters (Moroccan tomato salad, potato salad, Carmelized carrots and an eggplant dish) and 2 tajines (vegetable and chicken). Friendly hosts, great food

All my expectations were met this lovely afternoon cooking with Chef Khmisa and Salma. Starting off with a trip to the market to buy the couscous ingredients, then off to the house for a lovely Moroccan mint tea. The class took a total of two hours, after which we sat down to a scrumptious meal. The friendly hosts and recipe I’m looking forward to trying at home made this a worthwhile, commendable experience
