Step behind the scenes for an immersive, hands-on distillation masterclass where you become a Mexican "Maestro Destilador" for the day. After exploring the fascinating science of agave varieties and traditional fermentation, you will choose whether to master the art of Tequila or Mezcal, taking charge of the copper stills to witness the transformation from fermented juice into a high-quality spirit. You’ll learn to identify the "heads, hearts, and tails" of the batch, craft the specific Mexican spirit of your choice to take home as a unique souvenir, and conclude the experience with a guided tasting and professional craft cocktails.

10/10 - Would recommend!

Such a fun, intimate experience! My husband and I truly enjoyed learning about the distilling process, the tasting, and most of all, the conversation. The host claimed he couldn’t speak English very well (but he could!) so he also had two of his interns join us to translate. Their passion for Mezcal was so clear, the tastings were great, and the complimentary guacamole was delicious!
