Taste delicious Mallorcan wines right where they are grown and discover how good fresh olive oil can taste. Depending on availability, we will select a bodega for you from the great variety of Mallorcan bodegas, where you can taste 3-4 high-quality local wines and learn how they are grown and produced. You get a small tour of the wine cellar with the typical wooden barrels and the shiny gigantic stainless steel tanks... The wide fields with olive oil trees are also typical on the island, but how exactly is the delicious oil made, what are the differences? ... try it yourself! In a traditional olive oil finca with the latest technology, you can look behind the scenes and get to know the local varieties! Bonus profit!

Drive with us through the beautiful Mallorcan landscape and visit a typical Mallorcan bodega and an olive oil finca. During the guided tour through vineyards and olive fields, wine cellars and production areas, you will learn interesting facts about winegrowing and its eventful history on Mallorca, the production of olive oil and the differences between the varieties grown on Mallorca. We then deepen the theory with a detailed wine tasting and an olive oil tasting. Duration: 5-6 hours Included: Transfer in an air-conditioned minibus, 2 guided tours through the bodega and olive oil finca with wine tasting (3-4 wines) and olive oil tasting (2 different high-quality oils), plus small tapas, pamboli, sobresada or a small ham/cheese platter, bread, salt, olives

Amazing Mallorcan Experience

Joe was an awesome and super knowledgeable tour guide. On our way to the olive oil finca and bodega he indicated the different trees and plants native to Mallorca. He shared the history of the towns and places we drove through on the way. Son Mesquissada is a stunning olive farm. A Great Day

We really enjoyed this experience. We have taken several similar tours on other vacations to better learn about local wines/coffees/honey etc. and this one rates near the top. We were joined by 2 others which made the day quite fun. Alex has had a lot of experiences in both industries and could answer all our questions. We also learned some of the history of the island. The tastings were both excellent. We bought wine to drink while on vacation. Too bad we cannot get it back in Canada.

A great birthday

A great birthday... In a pleasantly small group of four people, we reached an old tafona (oil mill) with our guide. During a tour of the site, we learned details about olive cultivation and the harvest of olives. Interesting facts about processing, different quality classes of oil and distribution. Auf der Bodega-Tour bekamen wir von unserem Reiseleiter Joe viele spannende Informationen über das Leben auf Mallorca, Weine und die mallorquinische Küche. Die Besichtigungen der Ölmühle und des Weingutes gaben uns interessante Einblicke in die Herstellung und Lagerung von Wein und Öl. Anschließend konnten wir leckere Tapas in entspannender Atmosphäre genießen. Wir bekamen viel mehr Informationen und Einblicke, als es bei einer Busfahrt mit großer Reisegruppe möglich gewesen wäre.
